Offering our Virtual Learning Capabilities as Families Prepare for Coronavirus

To students and parents of the Infinity Math Tutoring Community,

At this time, teachers and school administrators have or are beginning to cancel classes in most areas, urging teachers and students to stay home. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is urging people to prepare for potential school closure due to the threat of outbreak. While this may be a direction taken to keep children healthy, it also interrupts children’s studies, social interaction, and academic progress, which leaves families seeking alternatives.

As world officials work to contain the coronavirus and prevent its spread, concerns have quickly been turning to the health and safety of students in classrooms across the nation. Medical experts have begun to emphasize the importance of social distancing”.  So…what does this mean for the students?

Educators are working harder than ever to make sure students can continue their educational at the highest quality in a safe environment. At Infinity Math Tutoring, the health and safety of our students and tutors is our top priority.

Currently, Infinity Math Tutoring is offering families our online tutoring resource. Online learning can be a great education supplement but only so when it best fits a child’s needs. Even in the online space, a tutor must know how to connect with their student, tailoring their program while continuously providing guidance and valuable learning skills.

We have worked hard to give students the best possible online tutoring experience. Just like our in-person tutoring experience, students are matched directly with a tutor based on their needs, and given a tailored learning plan suited just for them. No matter the environment, our mission to guide students through their educational journey will always be our top priority.

I urge parents to talk with the experts in their community.  Stay informed by talking with your doctor and check in for updates from the World Health Organization and other reputable sources on what you can do to keep you and your community healthy.

We are looking forward to the coronavirus being contained by medical experts, and we can resume our normal face-to-face routine without worry.  Until then, our online tutoring services are here to help your children continue achieving their academic goals with as little disruption as possible.
